國民黨準總統參選人洪秀柱今天原定晚間到高雄市瑞豐夜市掃街，一度因為高雄市政府警察局基於維安問題，建議洪秀柱不要前往而取消行程；目前洪秀柱辦公室表示，經過研究還是決定今天晚上前往高雄夜市掃街。 洪秀柱辦公室上午通知媒體，高市警局建議，洪秀柱非正式總統參選人，維安人力不足，如果去瑞豐夜市恐有維安顧慮，希望取消。 高市警局長陳家欽則是表示，不清楚消息何來？雖然洪秀柱還不是正式的總統參選人，但洪秀柱在高雄的參訪行程，警方會派警員協助，注意安全。因此洪秀柱辦公室決定維持原來掃街行程
